Urgent guidance
What should I do first if my pet dies at night?
Call or WhatsApp Buddy Paws with the animal type, approximate weight, location and whether your pet is at home or a veterinary clinic. We can arrange 24-hour home or clinic collection bookings (staff confirm arrival time by district) in Hong Kong, then confirm the farewell and aquamation plan.
- While waiting, keep the room cool and place your pet flat on a clean towel or pad.
- Islands and some remote areas may take longer or carry a surcharge, explained before confirmation.
- You do not need to choose every memorial item on the first call; collection can be arranged first.
