Founded in 2020, Buddy Paws is among the early teams introducing pet aquamation in Hong Kong. We saw how many families feel lost at the moment of goodbye, and we wanted to offer an option that respects life while being kinder to the planet.
Aquamation uses water and an alkaline solution to mimic natural decomposition. Compared with cremation, it can significantly reduce emissions and energy use, while often preserving more remains—giving families more ways to remember.

Traditional cremation requires high heat and can produce more emissions and smoke. Eco‑aquamation works at lower temperatures, using water and an alkaline solution to mimic nature—reducing overall emissions by around 90% and avoiding harsh burning odors.
